How to maintain a high-pressure cleaning machine

A high-pressure cleaner is a machine designed to flush the surface of high-pressure piston pumps. It features a power unit to clean the surface of objects. It removes dirt and thoroughly cleans the surface of objects. Due to the use of high-pressure water jets to clean dirt, high-pressure cleaning is also considered one of the scientific, economical, and environmentally friendly cleaning methods. It can be divided into cold water high-pressure cleaners, hot water high-pressure cleaners, motor-driven high-pressure cleaners, and gasoline engine-driven high-pressure cleaners.
The high-pressure pump is the core component of the high-pressure cleaning machine, so we should pay special attention to its maintenance to ensure it is always in good working condition.
1. After each use of the high-pressure pump, rinse the residual liquid in the hose and nozzle with clean water, clean the machine casing, tidy up the power cord, and store it in a fixed location. If any damage or insufficient pressure is found, label it with a "For Repair" sign and notify for repair before use;
2. The maintenance worker is responsible for the repair and maintenance of the high-pressure pump. They should check the operation of the high-pressure pump once a day and keep records. If the leather cup is damaged or aged, causing air leakage and pressure failure, it should be replaced in a timely manner;
3. The electrical and mechanical performance of the high-pressure pump motor, as well as the main machine and main contactor switch, should be inspected every half month. The necessary lubricating oil should be added to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, and records should be kept;
4. Regularly check and calibrate the release pressure of the safety valve to be 1.08 to 1.1 times the rated working pressure;
5. Regularly check the accuracy of the pressure gauge, regularly check the tightness of the belt, replace damaged wearing parts, adjust the clearances of various parts, and check and tighten all screws;
6. A certain oil level should be maintained in the high-pressure pump, generally at 60% to 70% of the oil immersion surface. If insufficient oil is found, it should be replenished in time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;
7. For pumps that need to be shut down for a long period, flush them with clean water, drain all the liquid from the pump body, disassemble and clean all valves, apply anti-rust oil, and perform anti-corrosion maintenance on the entire pump;
8. If a pump that has been parked for a long time is to be used, it should undergo a comprehensive inspection and maintenance; otherwise, it cannot be used.
